When taking these pictures, I am trying to capture these peoples emotions, but through their eyes rather than with their whole face. I am trying to take the pictures from shoulder up, but not too close or far away. These pictures are in black and white and are taken in front of a blank wall.

The style I am doing is black and white portraits. In these pictures, I am trying to capture peoples emotions without having them (for example) smile with a big grin when I tell them to think of something happy, but rather have them show emotions through their eyes. I am trying to emulate Richard Avendon's portraits by using a white background and by taking pictures in black and white, as well as having these people show emotions through their eyes.

 For this picture, I used daguerroetpye (plumbe) and orten from pic monkey.

 For this picture, I used cross process (blue) and rapture from photoshop.

 For this picture, I used palette knife from photoshop.

 For this picture, I used poster edges from photoshop, and cross process (red) from pic monkey.

 For this picture, I used clone from pic monkey and patchwork from photoshop.

For this picture, I used ombre from pic monkey.

The object of this assignment was to use pictures we have taken/uploaded before, and go into pic monkey and photoshop to try different edits to see which ones we really liked and which ones we did not.

Design

The object of this series was to use pictures we have already taken, and to make a book cover, or a movie poster, or an advertisement.

 The object of this assignment was to capture someone jumping in the air, but to make it look like they are paused mid-air.

Motion

The object of this series was to take pictures of things in motion; like a car driving down the street. I personally tried to take a variety of pictures, focusing on lights, reflections, and people. 

silhouettes

The object of this series was to take silhouettes, and I mainly focused on silhouetting things like trees, or buildings, or signs.
