slow shutter speed

For this series, I tried to create blurriness but lowering the shutter speed and by darkening the photos so they weren't to bright. My approach was to set the camera on tv mode, to lower the brightness and bring down the shutter speed, and to move and shake the camera so that the lights made obscure shapes. We didn't have to specifically focus on lights and lighting for this series but I found that playing around with lights and lighting can make very cool shapes.

  1. I like how you found light in darker settings. The photos work really well together because of where the lines of light is in each one. Great work!

  4. I really really like this set of photos! I think you did a really cool job of making shapes within the light and making those shapes the main focus of the photo! These are really good!

  5. I think you did a great job creating blurry photos by lowering the shutter speed. I like how you darkened the photos so that the bright blurry lights can stand out. I really love your third photo because the blurry white shimmering lights look like snow or pixie dust. Overall, great job on all of your photos!
